Return and Exchange Policy

1. Warranty Obligations

VibroPro provides warranty on all manufactured vibration test benches in accordance with the requirements of current Ukrainian legislation. The warranty period is established in accordance with the technical documentation for the equipment.

2. Product Return

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection", the consumer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the goods do not fit in form, dimensions, color, or for other reasons.

Return Conditions:

• The product has not been used and retains its commercial appearance
• All components and documentation are preserved
• No signs of operation or mechanical damage
• Return is carried out at the buyer's expense

3. Product Exchange

Exchange of goods of proper quality is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, if the goods do not fit in characteristics or configuration. Exchange is carried out if an identical product is available in stock.

4. Warranty Repair

In case of detection of manufacturing defects or malfunctions that did not arise due to the buyer's fault, we carry out free warranty repair or replacement of equipment in accordance with the terms of the warranty card.

Given the specifics of production and individual characteristics of equipment, return of vibration test benches is possible only by mutual agreement and in the presence of justified reasons. In case of custom order or equipment modification, return conditions are discussed individually.
