Delivery and payment

Supply terms are agreed for each order. Below are the general rules, as on vibropro.com.ua.

1. Delivery in Ukraine

We ship vibration stands across Ukraine by carriers or our own transport, depending on the region. Delivery to your workshop is discussed in person: timing and cost depend on the configuration and address.

2. Export

We export stands to European countries. We assist with customs clearance and prepare the required documents.

3. Pickup

You can inspect and collect the equipment from our warehouse in Kharkiv. Pickup time is agreed in advance.

4. Payment

Bank transfer to an IBAN account. For sole proprietors (FOP) — payment to the business account via internet banking or a bank teller. International payments — USD/EUR under direct foreign-trade contracts (SWIFT).
